BIM Leadership Forum 2025 at IIT Madras

Our Co-Founder, Dr. Simon Jayasingh, represented Yatzar Creations at the BIM Leadership Forum 2025, held on 10th September at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Organised by BSI in partnership with the UK Department for Business and Trade (DBT), the forum brought together influential leaders from industry, government, and academia to discuss the evolving landscape of BIM and ISO 19650standards in India’s infrastructure development.
Key themes discussed at the forum included:

• The current status of BIM adoption and ISO 19650 implementation across India
• Challenges such as fragmented workflows, skills gaps, and lack of standardisation
• Practical strategies for improving digital coordination and project delivery
• Opportunities to accelerate adoption through collaboration, policy frameworks, and structured training

The discussions reflected a shared commitment toward advancing digital construction—laying the groundwork for smarter projects, safer processes, and more sustainable infrastructure.
