Job Description

Create, develop and document, lightweight, user-friendly and multi-discipline BIM
object libraries.

Produce BIM object data according to the level of information need, across the project
life cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Comply and maintain graphical and non-graphical data with open BIM exchange
standards.

Collaborate and coordinate with software development and multi-disciplinary BIM
teams.

Align with quality assurance and quality control protocols.

Participate in review and retrospective meetings.

Learn and up-skill as a team.

Technical skills

Industry recognised degree in civil/mechanical/electrical or relevant programmes.

Proficient with Revit tool.

Competency to adapt strategies such as arrays, formulas and nesting.

Verbal and written communication, presentable for discussion and documentation.

Experience

Prioritise duties and work effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsible, self-assured, motivated and take responsibility
Work independently and as part of an effective team.

Build good understanding at all levels, internally and externally.
