The project required developing an accurate architectural and structural BIM model to support design review and construction planning. Key building elements were modelled to reflect the intended design specifications and spatial layout. Coordination checks were conducted to identify conflicts between disciplines, ensuring clear service pathways and structural compatibility. The resulting model supported efficient planning, reduced rework risk, and improved multidisciplinary communication.
