NCC AQUARIUM

The project required a highly accurate digital representation of existing building services to support renovation and planning decisions. Detailed scan-to-BIM modelling was carried out by converting point-cloud data into precise architectural and MEPF as-built elements. Information-rich spatial models were developed, and coordination reviews supported future upgrade planning. The resulting model improved visibility of hidden service paths, reduced uncertainties, and enabled efficient maintenance and refurbishment activities.
