The project required 3D modelling to support construction staging and scheduling for hospital development works. Spatial layouts were modelled to align with planned work sequences and site logistics. Coordination reviews ensured different disciplines could execute activities without disruption during phased construction. The resulting model improved planning visibility, enhanced workflow communication, and reduced uncertainties in on-site execution.
