NELSON HOSPITAL

The project required developing a coordinated 3D model of a multi-level parking structure to support planning, documentation, and design validation. Architectural and structural layouts were modelled to reflect project requirements and spatial constraints. The BIM model improved visualization, enabled multidisciplinary coordination, and supported decision-making for construction sequencing, site logistics, and execution activities with reduced uncertainty.
